不同产品会根据材料、结构和目标市场确定检查项目；量产以确认样板及双方约定标准为依据。Inspection items for different products are determined by material, structure and target market. Mass production follows the approved sample and the standards agreed by both parties.来料检验Incoming inspection
材料、电器与配件到厂检查。Materials, electrical components and accessories are checked on arrival.
过程检验In-process inspection
关键工序、尺寸、表面与装配节点记录。Critical processes, dimensions, finishes and assembly points are recorded.
成品检验Final inspection
外观、功能、点亮与包装前抽检。Check appearance, function and light-up performance, and carry out sampling inspections before packing.
出货检验Outgoing inspection
核对数量、标签、包装与出货文件。Quantity, labels, packing and shipping documents are verified.
